Women of all ages of CCUMC enjoy fellowship while learning and working together. Many meet in small groups monthly for fellowship, to work on a project, or study a specific topic like climate change or Israeli- Palestinians relations. UMC programs are mission-oriented.
All women are invited to programs held every quarter, often on Saturdays. Recent topic have included human trafficking, our mission in Nicaragua, hunger issues, and spiritually.
There are two small groups within the UMW which usually meet monthly. One meets on weekday afternoons at the church, one meets in the evening for a meal and/or some kind of service project.
Members of Hope Circle coordinate volunteers who deliver homemade suppers to church members who have new babies, been hospitalized, are bereaved or facing some crisis in their families.
